Human Resources Manager

Danette Carmona-Washington is the Human Resources Manager for Omni-Training Solutions. She partners with customers to align business strategies with original human resource solutions.

Ms. Washington has 12 years of experience in human resource management with focus areas in employee relations, recruiting, employee development, business strategy development, contract management and customer focus. Her diverse background provided civilian and contract services to military communities on three continents.
 

Previously, Ms.Washington worked at the Army Community Service providing comprehensive personnel services and also served as Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, Army Emergency Relief Officer, and Contracting Officer Representative.  Ms. Washington gained experience with foreign labor unions, employee training and development while supervising medical support assistants at five sites and 25 troop medical clinics dispersed throughout Southern Korea. She developed human resource capability in health care, financial service, and other military support organizations such as the United States Army Medical Command, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Department of Army Morale,Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Activity.

Ms. Washington holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland University College and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
