Jerry Ashworth, founder of Omni Training Solutions(OTS)a technical and professional services firm, established in 2010.OTSis a global “Turn-Key” company specializing in solutions for complex/austere training environments, Information Technology, and strategic security development for Government agencies and commercial organizations. As President, Jerry's role is to maintain the company’s vision and implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. He develops and leads client marketing strategies to drive growth, as well as, overseeing the execution of all programs necessary to meet sales goals and client
objectives.







 Jerry began his career path 32 years ago with 22 year assignment in the United States Army followed by 10 years of experience in government, defense business, and private sectors. The last 10 years Mr. Ashworth refined his management skills while working with MPRI where he served in various positions of increasing responsibility. Jerry’s dedication to mission, service to our nation, and commitment to the safety of our military service men and women was recognized by senior corporate leadership within MPRI.



He was assigned to the level of Deputy Program Manager for the largest MPRI program in the Middle East (War Fighter Focus). As Deputy Program Manager Jerry was responsible for Personnel, Human Resource Management and daily operations which included but was not limited to; Training Operations, Training Development, Range Construction, Technical Simulation, Troubleshooting, Financial Management, Business Development, Risk Management, and Safety Operations (Range). He was instrumental in growing the War Fighter Focus program from an employee force of 20 to over 147, by the time he departed in 2013. Also, during his tenure with MPRI, Jerry served in various key leadership roles throughout the organization: Division Chief for the Strategic Institutional Facilitator Program, Senior Trainer for the ACOTA Peace Support Operations, Range Support Manager, and Senior Tank Master Gunner Team Chief.



Jerry decided it was time for a new challenge in his career. Jerry, along with co-founder Kevin Hill (former MPRI employee), formed Omni Training Solutions(OTS), with principles and values focused on serving the “WarFighter” both down range and during peace time.
