Michael J. Crouch joined Omni Training Solutions as the Director of Training in April 2013. Mr. Crouch has over 20 years working in the defense contracting field combined with over 17 years of military service in the US Army as a curriculum developer, POI, TRADOC Instructor and doctrine developer at the US Army Infantry Training Center.
Prior to joining the Omni Training Solutions leadership team, Mr. Crouch had a very extraordinary and monumental vocation in various training locations developing, instituting and conducting specialized and performance orientated training programs. His leadership agility combined with over 18 years of experience in numerous training venues including contractual management , technical and doctrinal writing, illustrating, publishing and developing written and computer based training courses used in training programs by such companies as the Transportation and Safety Administration, Raytheon Technical Services, DynCorp International, Vinnell Corporation, Telmedia International, Military Professional Resources (MPRI), L-3 Communications and the Engility Corporation.
Recently Mr. Crouch has just completed 14 years in the Middle East conducting and managing numerous training events on behalf of the US and International Governments working with Engility, formely known as MPRI. His areas of expertise included conducting technical , new equipment, sustainment, live fire and specialized training programs in support of Operations Intrinsic Action in Kuwait, Operation Iraqi Freedom at various Iraqi Army Training Centers and Operation New Dawn in the Kurdistan Region .
Michael’s other key endeavors were in Saudi Arabia working with Raytheon Technical Services and Telmedia International as an instructional designer and graphic illustrator developing computer based training modules , graphic illustrations and courses for the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AWAC) in support of the Peace Shield Program with the Saudi Royal Air Force. While working for the Vinnell Corporation, he developed, wrote and published training programs for both individual and collective training used in training for the Saudi Arabian National Guard Modernization Program. While in Qatar he worked briefly with DynCorp International as a technical writer. Prior for two years he worked in the Serbo-Croatian Region of the Balkans as a military trainer with MPRI in support of the “Train and Equip” Program in accordance with the 1995 Dayton Peace Accord.
